Luyi is a graduate lawyer who has been assisting in a range of cases in relation to planning of business structures.

She has also been involved in drafting of shareholders and loan agreements as well as various contracts, in addition to project development related works

Her experiences include the participation in advising on a property development at Rouse Hill and she has been an active member contributing to the team.

She has been admitted as a solicitor in NSW since May 2018.
